Three types of student...

• The know-it-all. These students know the answers, manage the topic and they are eager to participate.
• The silent ones. The students who know the answer, but they prefer to remain quiet.
• Don't know anything. The students don't know the answer, and yet they stay in silence.

Safe learning environment

The classroom should be a place for students to feel comfortable and relaxed, whey they can express their ideas without fear and with the certainty of being respected by their classmates as well as the teacher.
